Discover the power of your brain through movement.

Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement®

Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® is an experiential learning modality that uses gentle touch, and slow and varied movement to access the brain’s natural capacity to change (neuroplasticity).

If you desire a big change…

Do something radically different.

Come explore a neuroplastic approach where:

  • slow can bring you more possibilities than fast

  • a soft touch can allow you to feel more

  • ‘efforting’ less can make actions easier

  • learning can be facilitated without repetition

Unleash your brain’s natural ability to create meaningful and immediate positive change.

When the brain is the starting point, the potential for change is limitless. Positive transformations occur both physically and mentally.

You may discover a newfound ability to manage anxiety, enhance focus, or replace procrastination with productivity. You may alleviate pain or discomfort, improve stability, and enhance mobility. This neuro-explorative approach dispels any notion of the brain and body as separate entities.

Neuro Explorations caters to individuals of all ages, from infants to adults, addressing a wide range of support needs to enhance brain effectiveness and purposefulness of action. Feel free to reach out to explore how I can assist you on your journey.

Discover a neuro-explorative approach that provides you

pain relief * mobility * flexibility * balance

connection * attention * alertness

ease * vitality * transformation * joy

NeuroMovement® - Functional Synthesis Lessons

A Functional Synthesis (FS) Lesson is a one-on-one hands-on movement lesson that involves a practitioner utilizing gentle touch and slow and varied movement to help you create connections that highlight new patterns of possibility for your brain.

  • Lessons are conducted on a firm, padded table with accommodations available for various needs

  • Each lesson includes 35-45 minutes of hands-on movement, and 15 minutes for discussion and guidance on experiences

  • Clients are encouraged to focus on the touch and movements throughout the lesson to participate in the process of awakening the brain to noticing differences.

  • Clients will be asked to wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and to avoid garments that may limit range of motion.

A Functional Synthesis Series is encouraged for everyone new to Neuro Explorations. The brain’s ability to adapt to new patterns rapidly increases the longer the system can stay in this process of learning. Frequent lessons close together help accomplish this. An FS Series at Neuro Explorations ranges from 3 to 10 consecutive lessons - either daily or twice-daily.

NeuroMovement® - Transformational Movement Lessons

A Transformational Movement Lesson (TML) is a verbally-guided movement class designed to enhance self-awareness and promote brain learning. Movements are performed in various positions, including lying down, sitting on the floor, sitting in a chair, and standing. Participants are challenged to explore new ways of moving that minimize muscular force and maximize skeletal organization. These lessons awaken the brain to new ways to move enjoyably and with ease.

TMLs are an excellent way to extend the learning from your Functional Synthesis lessons and will help you keep your brain in a learning mode while you continue with your daily life.

Reach out to find about more about TMLs at Neuro Explorations or you can purchase TML video programs through the Anat Baniel Method product store.

SERVICES

Experience the benefits of a single Functional Synthesis lesson — an ideal option for those eager to explore a new modality or seeking a quick refresh.

While this initial session can provide valuable insights, the real magic happens when you commit to a series of lessons. Engaging in a series not only deepens your understanding but also leverages the brain's remarkable capacity for neuroplasticity, allowing you to create new pathways for growth and learning. A series is a minimum of 3 lessons up to 10 lessons in a week — daily or twice-daily.

If you begin with a single lesson and feel inspired to continue, you can easily apply the cost of that session toward a series package. This approach offers you the flexibility to invest in your personal development journey at your own pace, unlocking your brain's potential for lasting transformation.
